In a heartfelt gesture of community solidarity, Madam He Ling, the proprietor of Xing Xing Furniture, donated a motorcycle to Nyanama Police Station under the Katwe Police Division.

The contribution, made during a community engagement initiative led by the Katwe Community Liaison Office, is aimed at enhancing mobility and efficiency for the local police force.

The handover ceremony, officiated by SP Mubangizi Innocent—the District Police Commander of Katwe Division—was a moment of unity and appreciation.

Madam He Ling expressed her commendation for the Ugandan government and the Uganda Police Force, acknowledging their steadfast commitment to preserving peace and stability.
She attributed these efforts as pivotal to the region’s sustained development over the past thirty years. Having resided in the Uganda for three decades, Madam He Ling has personally observed its transformation.
She emphasized her commitment to further supporting the local community through continued job creation and Corporate Social Responsibility programs that uplift residents.

SP Mubangizi lauded the donation as a practical and symbolic show of confidence in law enforcement and Ugandan citizens. He thanked Madam He Ling for empowering locals through employment in her factories, and for contributing to the betterment of community policing.
